How close of a relationship with a co worker is too close?



Some people say when both of you are talking more than you and your significant other. Others say when you know one of you have an apparent attraction. I think co worker relationships as a friend leads to a healthy working environment. Some people co workers are just attractive but vibe on friendship levels. In some cases people are going through a rough relationship and they tend to vent to someone that's not in their situation who's personality and mind set are on the same level. Usually this person is the opposite sex and a emotional attraction is drawn b/c he/she can confine in this person. In addition the person who is giving the advice is also drawn to this person b/c they feel as if they have an obligation to help straighten out that person problems b/c might have been experience the same situation. In return he/she gets comfortable around this person and that's when short pausing eye stares, sexual tension, and worse of all confusing feelings.




This tends to really destroy two relationships the one you're currently involved in and the friendship that escalated to beyond your imagination. That's why its a good rule of thumb that if you are having problems you should address it with your "BOO BABY." Keep your co workers out of your business. Let them know the good times and the funny stuff.
